About us
The Market Research Organization (MRO) is an independent full service marketing research company privately owned by its Founder and Managing Director Michel Farsoun whom made it into a boutique market research agency. Founded in 1975, it is one of the longest established market research agencies operating in the Middle East and North Africa regions.

MRO has two main offices in Jordan and Lebanon, field offices in Syria and West Bank and associates in North Africa and the Gulf. It has been operating for over 35 years, during which it has carried out hundreds of surveys, qualitative and quantitative, covering consumer marketing, trade and media research.

For more than 35 years, MRO has worked with well-reputed multi-national organizations such as Unilever, Procter & Gamble, Henkel, Coca-Cola, BBC, Colgate, Cadbury and many others. It has also conducted numerous studies for many NGOs, government institutions and non-profit organizations. It has been involved in fields related to social marketing, family planning, health care, media, microfinance, water and the environment.
